You'll coordinate factory audits, maintain supplier compliance documentation, track corrective action plans, manage compliance data and systems, and keep domestic and international suppliers on track with requirements and deadlines. This role is a central point of coordination between our Compliance, Quality Assurance, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, our third-party audit providers, and our manufacturing partners. We're looking for someone highly organized and detail-oriented who's comfortable managing multiple suppliers and deadlines at once, and who can spot overdue, incomplete, or high-risk compliance issues and know when to escalate. What You'll Do Factory Compliance & Audit Coordination Coordinate social compliance, responsible sourcing, quality management system (QMS), factory capability, and other required supplier audits Maintain the master factory compliance calendar (audit due dates, expirations, certifications, corrective action deadlines) Schedule audits with factories, internal QA, customers, and approved third-party audit providers Review factory compliance documentation for completeness Track audit results and communicate findings to stakeholders Escalate overdue audits, expired documentation, or significant findings to the Compliance Manager Corrective Action Management Issue and track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) from audits, inspections, and compliance reviews Communicate requirements and deadlines to factories, and follow up until items are resolved Collect supporting evidence and coordinate internal review Escalate critical, repeated, or overdue findings

•Maintain factory profiles and compliance records across domestic and international manufacturing locations Monitor document expiration dates and initiate renewals Support onboarding and compliance qualification of new factories Compliance Systems Maintain factory compliance data in Inspectorio and other company/customer platforms Monitor dashboards and reports for outstanding or overdue activities Customer & Responsible Sourcing Requirements Support administration of customer-specific compliance and responsible sourcing programs Coordinate factory information and audit documentation required by major retail customers Supplier Communication & Training Communicate compliance requirements, procedures, and deadlines to suppliers Distribute compliance manuals, policies, and training materials Maintain training and acknowledgment records Reporting & Program Administration Prepare weekly and monthly factory compliance status reports Maintain dashboards of upcoming audits, overdue CAPs, and expiring certifications Support audit-ready documentation across the factory base

What We're Looking For Required:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Quality, Compliance, Manufacturing, Textiles, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience 2-4 years of experience in supplier compliance, factory compliance, quality assurance, responsible sourcing, or supply chain coordination Strong organizational and project-management skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines, suppliers, and open action items at once Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and documentation accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams Comfortable working with international suppliers and cross-functional teams, and following up persistently on overdue items Preferred Experience in home textiles, apparel, soft home, furniture, consumer products, or related manufacturing/import environments Experience coordinating factory audits or supplier compliance programs Familiarity with social compliance, responsible sourcing, QMS, or ethical sourcing audits Experience with Inspectorio or similar supplier compliance platforms Familiarity with major U.S. retailer supplier-compliance programs Experience working with factories/suppliers in Asia or other international sourcing regions About Brentwood Originals Brentwood Originals is a consumer products manufacturer headquartered in Long Beach, CA, with facilities across California, Ohio, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
