Compliance Coordinator Assistant - Part-time Pace Recovery Center Newport Beach, CA Job Details Part-time $30 - $35 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets Word embeddings Productivity software Full Job Description We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant and Compliance Coordinator to plan, manage, and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion. The job requires planning, organizing, reporting, documenting, monitoring progress, and communicating with the Chief Strategy Officer throughout the process. You will perform various tasks like maintaining project documentation, along with scheduling, monitoring progress and administrative duties. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, communication, and motivational skills, as you'll collaborate with internal team members to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Compliance Coordinator duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards. Responsibilities Monitor ongoing licensing and certification timelines and expirations for multiple facilities. Act as team lead on various projects and initiatives Maintain and prepare all correspondence (written and electronic) and project documentation. Act on tasks from the internal team to assist with schedule management. Make sure that management needs are met as projects evolve. Transcribe meeting minutes and memos. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Ensure standards and requirements are met Conduct internal inspections and analyze data obtain Generate monthly and quarterly reports as needed Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Strong teamwork skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, more specifically Word and some Excel Speed and accuracy in work and can maintain focus Takes initiative, displays a strong work ethic and maintains a positive attitude. Qualifications Behavioral health experience preferred (not required)
