JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing analytical support to the Compliance Department in all areas of regulatory compliance requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(other duties may be assigned) Perform technical, analytical and detail orientated work related to gaming records, activities and patterns to identify possible suspicious activity Assist in completing the property's AML/Know Your Guest requirements by using public record and open source (internet) information related to criminal records, bankruptcies, source of income, property ownership and negative news and other information to evaluate any potential suspicious activity and/or money laundering risk posed by a guest. Prepare detailed investigative reports for all incidents of possible suspicious behavior Assist with in-house investigations and routine audits Such other compliance related responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time by the Compliance Manager Perform other duties as assigned

None Qualifications EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE B.S.
in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or equivalent BSA auditing or casino accounting experience preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt to change and work independently
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must me able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
