Veritas Managed Solutions is a growing technology integration company specializing in structured cabling, security, wireless, audio/video, IT, and electrical solutions. We're seeking an experienced labor compliance professional to help manage the requirements behind our California public works, prevailing wage, union, and Project Labor Agreement (PLA) projects.

Pay:
$80,000-$105,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus opportunity What You'll Do Manage labor compliance requirements across public works, prevailing wage, PLA, and union projects. Prepare, review, and submit certified payroll reports and supporting records. Review wage determinations, craft classifications, fringe benefits, and overtime requirements. Manage California DIR and DAS reporting and track apprenticeship ratios, dispatch, and related requirements. Review project agreements and identify labor requirements before work begins. Partner with Payroll, Accounting, Project Managers, Operations, unions, and customers to resolve compliance issues. Maintain organized records, track deadlines, and support audits and documentation requests. Help improve internal compliance processes and project checklists. What You Bring Five or more years of hands-on labor compliance experience, ideally in construction, electrical, low-voltage, telecommunications, or technology integration. Direct experience with California public works and prevailing wage requirements . Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing certified payroll. Knowledge of PLA or union requirements, DIR/DAS reporting, apprenticeship ratios, craft classifications, and fringe benefits. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience with IBEW locals, Skilled & Trained Workforce requirements, LCP systems, OCIP, CUPCCAA, or compliance audits is a plus.
