Full Job Description Job Overview:
The Wage Compliance Specialist independently processes payroll and certified payroll reporting for multiple projects. This role resolves discrepancies, ensures prevailing wage compliance, and acts as a resource for project teams regarding payroll regulations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Independently prepare, review, and submit CPRs. Validate wage classifications, fringe calculations, and deductions. Review union agreements and apprenticeship documentation as applicable. Reconcile payroll discrepancies and perform payroll audits. Ensure compliance with federal and state prevailing wage laws. Partner with HR, Finance, and project teams to resolve payroll issues.
REQUIREMENTS
2-4 years of progressive payroll, labor compliance and prevailing wage experience. Strong understanding of Davis-Bacon and certified payroll requirements. Experience with LCPtracker or similar compliance platforms.
PAY EQUITY STATEMENT
$24.00 - $29.00/hr Primoris Renewable Energy provides the above compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
