Under the supervision of the Chief Compliance and Safety Officer, the individual will assist in all recruitment and compliance management functions. Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation and fostering of the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program, the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, the National Transit Database (NTD) reporting, APTA reporting, Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) reporting, and internal department audits. The role requires strong research, reading, and comprehensive skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff. A minimum of two years of Human Resources experience is preferred. Numerical literacy, with skills ranging from basic arithmetic to statistical analysis, is required. Proficiency in personal computer skills and strong planning and organizational skills are required. Will have the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization to collect and share essential information.
