Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grant Compliance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role requires a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, grants, accounts payables, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage documentation effectively. The Compliance Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of capital operations and compliance throughout the organization. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions. Manage document control processes, ensuring that all compliance-related documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible. Communicate with contractors and ensuring that all contractors comply with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with various departments to support business development initiatives while ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. Assist in proposal writing and technical writing for contracts, ensuring all submissions meet regulatory standards. Review contracts with vendors while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Skills Strong document management skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Account Payables practices. Knowledge of contract management principles and practices. Familiarity with business development strategies in a compliant framework. Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations is desirable. Proficient in proposal writing and technical writing for accurate documentation. Strong vendor management capabilities to oversee third-party relationships effectively.
