Primary Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for maintaining compliance of all Employment Eligibility Verification forms (Form I-9) for all newly hired and rehired associates within Publix. This position is responsible for working with retail and support areas to conduct an E-Verify check using the information provided on Form I-9 as well as visual verification of the documents to validate both the identity of the associate and their employment authorization to work within the U.S. This position is responsible for maintaining (updating and editing) the correct citizenship status and work authorization dates in SAP.
