full-time Miami, FL | Onsite $52/hour | Contract About the Opportunity Join a fast-growing autonomous vehicle and mobility organization as a Project Coordinator supporting regulatory compliance and fleet operations. You'll own and coordinate vehicle registration, permitting, compliance documentation, and renewal activities across multiple jurisdictions while partnering with Legal, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Regulatory teams. What You'll Do Manage vehicle registration and permitting applications, renewals, modifications, and decommissioning. Track registration status, permits, deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements. Coordinate documentation such as VIN verifications, Manufacturer's Certificates of Origin (MCOs), and vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation. Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and inspections. Partner with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Manufacturing to resolve compliance and documentation needs. Support fleet expansion and new-market launches, including insurance, tolls, and traffic citation processes. What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, permitting, fleet management, vehicle registration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Experience managing multiple deadlines and high-volume workflows. Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Proactive, ownership-oriented approach. Automotive, fleet, DMV, rental car, dealership, or transportation experience is a strong plus.
