Compensation Details:

$50000.00 Under general supervision, the Compliance Business Analyst reviews for compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations in determining eligibility for licensure and inquiries of non-compliance (complaints). This position is responsible for processing manufacturers, installer and retailer broker applications and renewal types. Evaluate, process, and manage applications and records for licensees and applicants in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations in accordance with the rules and regulations. Serve as backup to receive, log, and investigate complaints related to licensing and regulatory compliance. Manage and process renewal applications in accordance with the laws and rules in accordance with established timeframes. Prepare correspondence informing applicants of deficiencies and licensing decisions. Interpret and apply laws regarding licensure eligibility that allows for administrative issuance of licenses. Conduct initial review of applications within 10 working days of receipt. Provides technical assistance to customers and staff. Conduct research to compile information needed to generate reports, complete projects, and accurately respond to questions and concerns. Advise licensees, stakeholders and groups regarding licensing, laws, rules, regulations, rule amendments and policies/procedures. Use independent judgment and knowledge of the law as it pertains to processing license requests. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of job-related experience; or three (3) years of job-related experience.
