Atlanta, GA Job Details 11 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation EMT Certification Driver's License Project management Computer hardware Typing Full Job Description Under the direction of the CCO conducts inspections of company operations to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. Inspections will be a combination of in person inspections and virtual inspections. Inspections will focus on but not be limited to: Compliance w/ State EMS License Regulations Compliance w/ State EMS Certification Regulations Compliance w/ Federal DEA Regulations Compliance w/ State Pharmacy Board Regulations Compliance w/ Federal HIPPA Regulations Compliance w/ Federal Medicare Regulations Compliance w/ Federal Medicaid Regulations Compliance w/ Federal OHSA Safety Regulations Compliance w/ State OHSA Safety Regulations Provides Chief Compliance Officer with summary reports and analysis on every inspection conducted of local Priority Ambulance family of companies as directed. Supports Chief Compliance Officer in conducting investigations of local Priority Ambulance family of companies as directed. Provides Chief Compliance Officer with summary reports and analysis on every inspection conducted of local Priority Ambulance family of companies as directed. Supports Chief Compliance Officer in conducting investigations of local Priority Ambulance family of companies as directed. Help provides compliance oversight, support, advice, training and assistance to local operations within Priority Ambulance family of companies as directed. Ensures the security of all company computer systems by adhering to security procedures and utilizing appropriate passwords policies. Ensures security of buildings, vehicles, equipment, supplies, systems and all other company property. Acts at all times with his/her personal safety in mind, as well as the safety of others. Maintains security and privacy of all company and patient information at all times in accordance HIPPA and all other local, state and federal regulations. Maintains security and privacy of all confidential and proprietary company information at all times in accordance with company policy. Reports to assigned shifts properly groomed and attired and on time unless the proper notification has been made. Performs daily inspections of their work area for cleanliness and for safety hazards. Then performs the appropriate housekeeping duties to ensure their work area are clean, free from clutter, sanitary and safe. At all times sets an example of professionalism and leadership for others to follow. Performs other duties related to safety services as directed.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to type/keyboard at least 30 WPM. Must have a working knowledge of personal computers. Must be licensed with the appropriate level of state motor vehicle operators license. Must have a clean driving record as approved by company vehicle liability insurer. Must have the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, using good judgement. Must have good project management skills and be able to simultaneously work on multiple projects. Must have training and knowledge on state and federal EMS and related regulations and operations. Must be a currently or previously certified as an Emergency Medical Technician. Experience as an inspector or auditor in a related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The ability to reach, push and pull. The ability to stand for extended periods of time while. The ability to bend, stoop, squat and kneel for long periods of time. The ability to complete all job duties during any and all hours of the day and night.
