The ADTS (Eng/Chemist/Specialist) - Global Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring our products comply with all relevant regulations and standards, and is responsible for managing various compliance-related tasks. A bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. At least 5 years of regulatory and compliance experience in the chemical industry, preferably in the context of screen-printing inks or related sectors. Previous experience working with regulations, such as ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals), REACH, FDA and TSCA is required. Preferred experience in the textile industry, with exposure to OEKO - TEX, Eco Passport, and/or Bluesign certifications. Other Qualifications Strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and standards related to chemical substances and materials. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle compliance-related investigations and resolutions. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders. Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and implement necessary compliance adjustments. Managing and Overseeing Annual Certification Program:

You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the annual certification program for all brands and products. This will involve ensuring that all necessary certifications are obtained and maintained according to industry standards.

Researching New Country Specific Regulations:

Staying up to date with the latest regulatory requirements in various countries is crucial. You will conduct thorough research on new and updated regulations to ensure ongoing compliance for our products in global markets. Understanding Brand Specific Restricted Substance Lists (RSL): Familiarity with Brand Specific RSL is essential. You will work closely with chemists and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the restricted substance requirements set forth by various brands and organizations. Compliance of New Chemicals:

As new chemicals are introduced to production; you will provide expert guidance to chemists and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Other duties as assigned.
