Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred with 2 years' experience in a Behavioral Health Care setting in Health Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field; or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Behavioral Health Care setting in Health Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field. Quality Management compliance experience is preferred. Must be organized, excellent communicator. Familiarity with joint commission or other accrediting body beneficial. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access to capture, aggregate and graph data. Good presentation skills required. Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
