The 340B & Corporate Compliance Specialist supports the Departments by coordinating and monitoring activities that promote compliance with federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and contractual obligations. This position assists with regulatory compliance activities, contract management, auditing, monitoring, education, reporting, and special projects. The 340B &Compliance Specialist performs a high level of administrative, analytical, organizational, and communication responsibilities while serving as a resource to departments throughout the organization. This role is essential for maintaining organizational compliance while reducing risk, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the overall effectiveness of the Corporate Compliance and 340B Drug Programs. This position reports to the Director of Corporate Compliance and 340B.
Position Qualifications:
Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or as a Pharmacy Technician preferred. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in medical related field or 5 years working in healthcare related field preferred.
