The role requires strong literacy, professional judgment, and the ability to interpret contractual service requirements, translate them into standardized field inspections, and document findings clearly and accurately. The Field Quality & Compliance Specialist is responsible for visiting assigned client sites, inspecting completed services against the contracted Scope of Work, documenting findings, identifying deficiencies or opportunities, and communicating clearly with the appropriate City Wide team members and Independent Contractors. This role does not manage employees . Success requires someone who can create and follow a plan, work independently, think quickly, use sound judgment, communicate professionally, and collaborate effectively with others.
Primary responsibilities include:
Complete approximately 4-6 planned client-site visits per shift , depending on route, facility size, traffic, and service needs. Inspect completed services for quality, consistency, and compliance with the client's Scope of Work. Document inspections with clear notes, photos, and required follow-up. Communicate service deficiencies and corrective-action needs professionally and promptly. Coordinate visit timing when needed to align with contractor service schedules. Escalate urgent client, safety, quality, or operational concerns quickly. Identify potential facility needs, service improvements, and opportunities for additional support. Follow assigned routes, priorities, systems, and reporting expectations while adapting appropriately when field conditions change.
