About the position:
This position involves office support services to the Intact program staff, including maintaining client records, completing file reviews, coordinating services, tracking client documentation, communicating effectively with staff, answering phones and assisting visitors.
Job Function:
Coordinates and provides office support services for program staff, maintains client records and completes file reviews.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school education. At least 5 years previous office experience. Must possess strong skills in written and oral communication organization, word processing, Excel and office procedures. Must be able to type a minimum of 55 WPM. Must be able to handle job related matters in a professional, diplomatic and confidential manner. Hearing and speaking ability which allows for effective oral communication of information. Ability to physically transport self to various locations. Physical and emotional stamina to effectively handle job related issues and stress.
