Compliance Clerk

Compliance Clerk - Job Description Reports to: Compliance Manager Responsibilities/Duties include: Maintain compliance documentation as required per client. Complete I-9 for all new hires processed. Ensure required documents are current and accurate. Complete in-house onboarding and new hire orientation as required by client. Assisting applicants and new hires with the onboarding process. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

BILINGUAL

(English/Spanish). Have previous Customer Service Skills in an office environment. Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Have strong computer and technology skills. Be able to multitask. Be highly organized. Work in a fast-paced environment Be able to work independently and as a team. Have reliable transportation.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Pay Range:

Starting pay rate is $18.00/hour
