Who Are We Looking For? KELMAR Safety is currently searching for someone to join our team as a Drug & Alcohol Compliance Specialist. This is a career-not just a job. We are looking for someone with any prior experience in DOT compliance and/or in the drug and alcohol service field. Experience in drug screen collecting, processing of results, or occupational health is a plus. This is a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm position onsite in Greenfield, IN.

• Duties and Responsibilities
• Review documents to ensure completeness and compliance in accordance to DOT and/or company regulations
• Work with clinics to obtain proper documentation
• Research and report out drug and alcohol test results
• Input results and chain of custody forms into our electronic system
• Provide timely response to customers

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Any knowledge of DOT regulations
• Prior experience in the drug & alcohol service field (drug screen collecting or processing of the results)
• A good basic understanding of computers
• A good basic understanding of Excel and Adobe PDF
• Detail orientated, accurate, self-motivated and goal driven
• Decision making and problem-solving skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Must pass criminal check and pre employment drug screening
