Top of market salary + equity Steadily is hiring an Insurance Coverage and Compliance Analyst in the Kansas City Metro area who is the very best at what they do. You will assist in building out the compliance department as a subject matter expert. This is a full-time, in-office position based inOverland Park, KS What You'll Do:
Enhance the coverage and form language of our existing products. Draft new endorsements. Assist with the development, submission and monitoring of regulatory filings. Be the subject matter expert on all things landlord insurance compliance including reporting requirements, data calls, stat reporting, licensing, contract language, etc. Monitor regulatory developments in active and prospective markets Work closely with the development team on programming specs Assist with building out the compliance department and implementing processes, procedures, etc. Join an exciting and motivated unit with the goal of filing in all 50 states in short order and revolutionizing landlord insurance. Experienced :
You've worked for at least 3 years in insurance compliance. Regulatory experience is a requirement. Property, underwriting and/or product experience is preferred.Builder :
You've assisted with launching new insurance products previously and understand what that entails.Digital :
You know how to communicate with regulators. Your Excel, Word, and written communication skills are well above average. You are a SERFF ninja.Hungry :
