Demonstrated experience supporting GRC programs within large or global organizations. Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and cybersecurity risk management frameworks. Experience working with security controls, compliance requirements, policies, standards, and industry frameworks. Experience supporting audits, certifications, compliance assessments, or regulatory examinations. Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively across cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with third-party/vendor risk management. Experience reviewing cybersecurity requirements in client or vendor contracts. Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and industry standards such as
NIST, ISO 27001, SOC
2, CIS, or similar frameworks . Experience developing and monitoring KPIs, KRIs, risk metrics, and compliance dashboards . Experience identifying opportunities for GRC process automation and operational improvement. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or related certifications are a plus. What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be: Highly detail-oriented and analytical. Comfortable challenging existing processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Capable of translating complex regulatory, contractual, and cybersecurity requirements into practical business controls. Strong in independent and critical thinking. Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Focused on building a proactive culture of cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise risk awareness.Pay:
$110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:
