Job Description

Fleet Management:
Assists Fleet Manager with registration of company owned assets (IRP and non-commercial) Maintains accurate records of vehicle purchases and sales
Regulatory Compliance:
Assists Fleet Manager with recordkeeping required for Fuel Tax reporting Includes IFTA and state specific fuel taxes (KS, NM, OR, NY, KY Assists Fleet Manager with permit renewal MCS-150 Unified carrier registration (UCR Haz-Mat (Alliance, GA, CA, WI, CO, TN, IL FL Used Oil, MI Liquid Waste) Amber light permits (NV, GA Audits driver logs for HOS compliance Pays toll bills and maintains billing records for toll allocation (K-Tag and Pre-Pass Driver Records Runs annual MVR for all company drivers Maintains the driver list for insurance purposes Maintains Driver Qualification files Current DL or CDL Medical certification (if required) Record of violations Accident files Training recordsDOT Drug Testing Program Assists Fleet Manager with maintaining records related to DOT drug testing program Driver Compliance Assist drivers with ELD technical issues, including log edits Audits driver logs for HOS complianceMaintains EFS card program Maintains permit books for trucks Assist drivers with CDL requirements (fingerprinting, medical exams, endorsement testing)Assist drivers with expense reports Miscellaneous Assists with accident reporting, accident investigations and insurance claims
Qualifications:
Two years' experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent Advanced computer skills. Previous experience with MS office preferred.
