Days l Full-time l 8:00am-5:00pm Via Christi associates are eligible for tuition discounts and priority placement in select healthcare programs through our academic partnership with Wichita State University. How you\u2019ll make an impact in this role Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/ performance measures. Research, develop/acquire and implement improvement systems, methodologies and tools to improve operations. Provide on-site training and follow-up for performance improvement teams. Perform regulatory documentation preparation, submission, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Assist in policy, procedure and contract review process. Coordinate quality improvement initiatives. What minimum requirements you\u2019ll need
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
