Compliance Support Specialist

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Support Specialist to join our global compliance team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the compliance department, helping to ensure the company meets its regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

Core responsibilities include:

• Preparation, review, and completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation
• Managing and maintaining Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs) with brokers and external partners
• Supporting counterparty onboarding processes and due diligence workflows
• Maintaining accurate compliance records and coordinating responses to regulatory requests
• Assisting the compliance team with a broad range of tasks as they arise across the department The ideal Candidate will bring the following:
• Prior experience in a compliance, legal, or financial services support role
• A working knowledge of insurance industry regulations and KYC frameworks
• Familiarity with counterparty due diligence processes
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving regulatory requirements
• Microsoft Office Proficient
• Willing to train the right candidate

Pay:

$13.00 - $17.00 per hour
