Job Description
Description This opportunity is seeking a banking operations professional with 2-4 years of experience supporting commercial banking account opening functions in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing new account documentation for business, trust, estate, and fiduciary accounts, along with a strong understanding of account-opening controls, compliance requirements, and banking documentation standards. Successful candidates should be comfortable working within internal banking systems and workflow tools while managing multiple requests with a high degree of accuracy. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements are critical, as the role involves reviewing documentation, ensuring completeness, mitigating operational risk, and maintaining compliance standards. Perform end‑to‑end setup of new commercial and fiduciary client accounts through internal account‑opening platforms. Review, assemble, and validate new account documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Process account maintenance requests, including updates, corrections, and documentation remediation. Support a wide range of account types, including business, trust, estate, and fiduciary structures. Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and ensure timely account activation.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
