Compliance Coordinator Advanced Dental Brands Canton, MA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Life insurance Qualifications Healthcare Administration Bachelor's degree Attention to detail Dental Hygiene Quality audits Full Job Description ADB Compliance Coordinator ADB is looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to own compliance across our dental practices — both clinical standards at each office and company-wide regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable auditing a sterilization room one day and a licensing file the next. You'll be the go-to person making sure every practice in our group is operating safely, legally, and consistently — and you'll have real ownership over how our compliance program is built and run. What You'll Do Clinical Compliance Maintain infection control, sterilization, radiology safety, and OSHA compliance standards across all practices Keep up with state dental board regulations and scope-of-practice requirements Track license renewals, permits, and required clinical trainings On-Site Auditing Conduct recurring audits at every practice location — sterilization logs, radiology compliance, controlled substances, clinical chart documentation, and provider scope-of-practice Write up audit findings and corrective action plans, then follow through until issues are resolved Company-Wide Compliance Own HIPAA privacy and security compliance across practices and the support office Maintain company-wide compliance policies and track regulatory changes affecting the business Verify provider and staff licensure/certifications are current as part of the audit function Growth & Integration Support compliance due diligence when we acquire new practices Help integrate newly acquired locations into our compliance program What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, dental hygiene, business, or related field — or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in dental/healthcare compliance, infection control, quality assurance, or practice operations (DSO experience a big plus) Working knowledge of OSHA, infection control, radiology safety, and HIPAA Clinical background (dental assistant, hygienist, or practice manager) is a strong plus Comfortable traveling to practice locations and doing hands-on, in-person audits Strong writing skills for audit reports and policies Discretion with confidential and patient-adjacent information
