Private Market Transfer Analyst Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Private Market Transfer Analyst to join our team in Westwood, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing private market transfer transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities Process and review private market transfer requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Coordinate with internal teams, custodians, and external parties to facilitate smooth and timely transfer of assets. Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure integrity of transfer information. Investigate and resolve transfer discrepancies or issues promptly. Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails for all transfer activities. Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance transfer efficiency. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve inquiries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in private markets, transfer agency, or related financial operations. Strong understanding of private market assets and transfer processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
