Compliance Specialist Responsibilities:
Audit various facets of the rental process including movie-in/out, income verifications, certifications, etc. Foster positive working relationships with community staff, regional managers, and compliance personnel. Applicable housing programs include Housing Choice Vouchers and LIHTC. Provide compliance support for ownership, development, and property management. Participate, monitor, and improve housing compliance through Preferred Compliance and internal procedures. Ensure housing compliance utilizing RealPage OneSite software. Completion of all site-recertifications
Job Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to document review. Must adhere to Federal Fair Housing Laws. Extensive experience in Housing Choice Vouchers, IRS, state agency, Fair Housing, LIHTC. Excellent follow-up skills via telephone and email correspondence. Strong computer literacy skills are essential to this position including Extensive experience with RealPage OneSite.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
