Job Description

DestiNATION Transport, LLC is a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Brokerage & Transportation Consultant. Specializing in Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than Truckload shipping and logistics consulting, our sole mission is to provide our customers with the best 3PL shipping experience possible. Extraordinary customer service, communication and honesty are the three pillars on which we have established our company's foundation upon. DestiNATION Transport has been a steadily growing company in the last 8 years, and our need has increased within our Carrier Compliance Operations. We are looking to bring on a self-starting, organized and "passionate for details" individual to join our Compliance team. This person would report directly to the Claims and Compliance Manager, and work in partnership with our Compliance team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Compliance Specialist will work with the Compliance and Claims Teams to accurately and efficiently process the setup of new carrier packets, update carrier profiles in the internal system, respond to email requests from the brokerage team, and communicate with carriers to collect necessary documentation. Daily duties and Responsibilities Process carrier setup requests via Outlook, McLeod, and Highway Follow protocols and rules pertaining to carrier setups Able to multitask in a fast-paced workflow Read and evaluate carrier setup documentation accurately Communicate with the brokerage team about setup completion

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years of Prior experience in related field Proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail

Pay Range:

$50,000

  • $55,000, depending on experience.
