We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to support our Quality department at an FAA- and EASA-regulated aircraft component repair facility. This position focuses on collecting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining regulatory and Quality documentation to ensure our records are complete, accurate, current, and ready for audits. We are looking for someone with experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment where documentation, deadlines, inspections, and recurring audits are important.
Responsibilities:
Collect and organize documentation required for internal, customer, FAA, and EASA audits. Maintain audit checklists, trackers, records, and databases. Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and current status. Identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent information and follow up to resolve it. Track outstanding documentation and ensure requirements are completed on time. Support audit preparation and follow-up activities. Maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and Quality records. Track audit findings, corrective actions, and other compliance items. Communicate with multiple departments to obtain required information. Help maintain organized and current Quality documentation. Assist with improving documentation and compliance processes.
Qualifications:
Experience in regulatory compliance, quality, document control, permitting, inspections, regulatory reporting, or another highly regulated environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organization and follow-up skills. Ability to manage a large volume of documents and requirements without missing individual items. Comfortable working quickly and accurately under deadlines. Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills. Professional communication skills and the ability to follow up when information is missing or incomplete. Ability to work independently and follow established procedures and checklists. FAA, EASA, aviation, MRO, or AS9100 experience is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, stays organized, notices what is missing, and follows issues through to completion.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
