Pay Rates 21.27 USD hourly Requirements for Receiving Freight & Compliance Inspector High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, receiving, or quality inspection experience preferred Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and compliance guidelines Good communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus) Physical Requirements for Receiving Freight & Compliance Inspector Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Role for Receiving Freight & Compliance Inspector Inspect incoming freight for accuracy, damage, and compliance with company standards Verify shipment contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records Document discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or damages and report findings promptly Ensure all received goods meet labeling, packaging, and compliance requirements Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to log and track inventory Communicate with receiving team, supervisors, and vendors regarding shipment issues
