Job Description
WhiteCap Search Healthcare Partners is seeking an Incident Management Specialist to support incident management, investigations, compliance, and quality assurance activities within an OPWDD service setting. This individual will investigate incidents, ensure regulatory compliance, manage reporting requirements, and collaborate with program leadership to support the health, safety, and rights of individuals served. The position is based in Armonk, NY and follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 5pm . Key Responsibilities Conduct and document incident investigations involving allegations of abuse, neglect, financial exploitation, and other reportable incidents. Ensure compliance with OPWDD and Justice Center requirements, including timely reporting and documentation. Track corrective action plans, investigatory updates, and incident trends. Support audits, compliance initiatives, and quality improvement efforts. Collaborate with program leadership and staff to ensure regulatory compliance and resident protections. Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred. Experience working in an OPWDD setting required. Strong written communication, organizational, and computer skills.
