Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:

$100,700 - $136,000 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Define and manage Microsoft 365 data protection and governance policies, including classification, data loss prevention, retention, and information lifecycle management Implement and maintain security and compliance controls across Microsoft 365 services to protect sensitive data and meet organizational and regulatory requirements Monitor the Microsoft 365 environment through protection, auditing, reporting, and incident response processes to prevent data loss, misuse, and user disruption Maintain a secure, stable, and efficient Microsoft 365 environment through effective governance, monitoring, recovery, and tenant administration Collaborate cross-functionally to enable secure collaboration, ensure data resilience, and strengthen data protection capabilities Continuously improve user experience and system performance by optimizing policies, minimizing disruption, and supporting secure and sustainable use of Microsoft 365 More about you Bachelor's degree or equivalent in in formation m anagement, c omputer s cience, com puter s ystems e ngineering, or related field Minimum of 1 0 years of related experience DLP experience within the M365 environment with a high level of expertise with SharePoint Experience in change management, documentation, and process building M365 experience with the full scope of services, Copilot and Agent management, Exchange, Teams, Licensing , and Access management Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
