Job Description

Jefferies is seeking a Content & Data Administrator (CDA) to manage a multitude of tasks associated with the publication and distribution of equity research. The CDA will maintain critical data associated with coverage listings, ensuring that stocks reflect the correct Ticker, Exchange, Sector/Industry, Analyst(s), Compliance Disclosures, and active/inactive status, etc. They will also coordinate with analysts and product management on rollout calendars to ensure that publishing deadlines are met. The CDA role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills, along with strong technical and analytical skills to detect and troubleshoot system and process errors. This is a global support role that sits between the Supervisory Analyst/COO teams and will interact with all functions in Equity Research, in all regions. This is a great opportunity for a junior person or career switcher with an interest in equity markets, looking to learn about the business.
Primary Tasks:
Communicate frequently and clearly with the global SA team, senior research management, compliance, and platform support teams. Primary ownership of critical data associated with coverage; proactively auditing and reporting inputs and outputs. Help to implement structures to streamline workflows and reporting to ensure global alignment amongst teams. Liaise consistently with the internal teams supporting our publication systems to ensure consistency and ensure accuracy of policies and data.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail Desire to improve processes and enhance outcomes. Ability to work across global timezones Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft applications, experience with AI tools preferred Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $100,000 - $120,000.
