• Risk Management What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Supporting the development, documentation, and maintenance of quality management system policies and procedures Conducting internal audits and compliance assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement Assisting with risk assessments and mitigation strategies related to quality and regulatory requirements Collaborating with departments across the organization to implement QMS improvements and ensure system effectiveness Maintaining compliance records and preparing documentation for external audits and regulatory inspections Tracking regulatory changes and recommending updates to systems and processes to maintain compliance Supporting root cause analysis and corrective action processes Assisting in training and supporting staff on QMS requirements and best practices What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 2-5 years of experience in quality management systems, compliance, or a related regulatory function Working knowledge of quality management frameworks and ISO standards (particularly
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, or equivalent) Experience conducting or supporting internal audits and compliance assessments Familiarity with regulatory requirements in your relevant industry Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation and compliance initiatives Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or
ISO 27001
Lead Auditor certification Experience with quality management system software or audit management tools Knowledge of risk management frameworks such as
ISO 31000
