Focus:

Quality management systems, regulatory compliance, risk assessment and audit management What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Supporting the development, documentation, and maintenance of quality management systems aligned with applicable regulatory frameworks Conducting compliance assessments and gap analyses against regulatory requirements and industry standards Assisting in the design and execution of internal and external audit programs Supporting risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities related to quality and compliance Preparing and maintaining compliance documentation, policies, procedures and control evidence Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Monitoring changes in regulatory requirements and advising on compliance implications Supporting training and awareness initiatives on quality and compliance standards What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 2-5 years of professional experience in quality systems, compliance, or regulatory risk management Working knowledge of quality management system frameworks (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or equivalent) Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance standards relevant to your industry Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex, interconnected compliance requirements Proficiency with documentation management and audit tracking tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or similar regulatory certification
