We are seeking a Job Coordinator to join the company, a premier supplier, in Cuyohoga Heights, OH.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compliance Coordinator
- Complete administrative duties for the P&C department.
- Respond to internal and external P&C-related inquiries and requests.
- Review that team members and managers timely complete all sections of mandatory
- Onboarding forms. Regularly communicates with site management to ensure completion.
- Utilizing HRIS systems, prepare reporting to identify potential compliance concerns.
- Work regularly in Excel for reporting.
- Communicate regularly with field managers via email, occasionally communicate via phone.
- Perform HRIS data entry and updates, occasionally.
- Assist with some compliance-related reporting.
- Review employment information inputted by field management for compliance and
- accuracy, occasionally.
- Perform special projects, as directed.
- Prepare letters, spreadsheets, reports and memos.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year working in a business/professional environment preferred.
- Experience working on Form I-9s/E-Verify preferred.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Human Resources functions is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Possess high attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
