Job Description

Job Title:
Student Health Center & Compliance Coordinator Neumann University is currently seeking a qualified applicant for the full-time position of Student Health Center & Compliance Coordinator within the university's Student Health Services Center and the College of Nursing and the School of Health Professions and Biological Sciences.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for Student Health Center Schedule appointments for the Student Health Center and Counseling Center, verifying times with student patients, preparing medical records, and consent forms. Coordinate the medical and immunization record verification process for all new students. Maintain supply inventory within the College of Nursing and the Student Health Center. Maintain student health records in a secure and confidential manner. Ensures contractual and regulatory obligations are met by students within the College of Nursing and the School of Health Professions and Biological Sciences prior to students beginning experiential learning. Coordinates day to day operations for the Student Health Center. Assist as needed with important university programs such as admissions events and new student orientation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Highly organized and critical focus on detail, accuracy, problem solving, and efficient workflow. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Ability to use judgement in escalating student health and/or compliance concerns to the nurse practitioner or medical director. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information. Able to use effective interpersonal relations and diplomacy in fast-paced, highly visible environment. Candidates must possess an understanding of, appreciation for, and congruence with the Catholic Franciscan mission of the University.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with electronic medical record software programs, especially Titanium, and medical terminology. Previous experience in the medical field. 1+ years in a medical office.
