Job Description
Compliance and Benefits Coordinator Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday-Friday YWCA Bradford is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable professional to join our administrative team as a Compliance and Benefits Coordinator . This full-time position plays an important role across the organization, supporting employee benefits and personnel administration while helping ensure that program records, reporting, training requirements, and other compliance responsibilities remain accurate, organized, and current. Position Summary The Compliance and Benefits Coordinator supports agency-wide administrative and compliance functions, coordinates employee benefits, and provides compliance and data support to both the Victims' Resource Center (VRC) and Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities Program (MHDDP). The position maintains records and organizational data systems, assists with funder and regulatory requirements, coordinates employee benefits and required employment documentation, tracks staff training and clearances, and provides general administrative support. Confidentiality, accuracy, organization, and the ability to effectively manage responsibilities across multiple areas of the organization are essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Compliance & Data Support Maintain required VRC participant records, reports, databases, forms, and other program documentation Assist with monthly funder reporting and review documentation for completeness and accuracy Support MHDDP compliance with applicable Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), County, contractual, licensing, and other program requirements Maintain MHDDP compliance records and tracking systems and assist with preparation for monitoring, audits, and reviews Gather and organize documentation requested by Program Directors and authorized regulatory or funding entities Compliance & Administrative Support Maintain accurate organizational records, databases, personnel files, policies, job descriptions, and other required documentation Assist with preparation for monitoring visits, audits, reviews, licensing activities, and other compliance processes Maintain agency-wide and program-specific training and compliance tracking systems Track employee background clearances, motor vehicle checks, required trainings, renewals, and compliance deadlines Assist with employee onboarding, employment documentation, employment verifications, and other personnel-related functions Process unemployment compensation and workers' compensation claims and related documentation Employee Benefits Coordination Coordinate employee enrollment, changes, and termination from agency-sponsored benefit programs Maintain accurate benefits records and process related documentation Coordinate open enrollment activities, employee appointments, presentations, and communications Assist employees with general benefits-related information and questions General Office Support Assist visitors, callers, program participants, and community members in a professional and welcoming manner Assist with general administrative functions Work collaboratively with staff throughout the organization while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and professional boundaries Qualifications Associate's degree in business administration, office administration, human services, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred Two years of administrative, office management, compliance, benefits, or related experience preferred Personnel and/or employee benefits experience preferred Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, deadlines, and changing priorities Proficiency with computers, office software, data management systems, and general office technology Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when working with employee, participant, and organizational information Successful completion of required background clearances Completion of required sexual assault counselor training Benefits YWCA Bradford offers a strong benefits package for eligible full-time employees, including: Excellent health insurance Vision insurance Generous paid vacation and sick leave Paid holidays Retirement - Fully Employer-Funded Pension after one year of employment Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) About YWCA Bradford YWCA Bradford is a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.
