Job Description

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing overall training of regulations, state, federal, and gaming. Knowledge of state, local and federal laws pertaining to gaming and alcohol. Responsible for all aspects of the department, including supervision of the Regulatory Compliance Clerk. Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results. Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training. Maintain good public communication skills and associations with PGCB and PSP staff, and other internal departmental Managers. Ability to maintain confidentiality to relative to operations financial data, company policies, procedures, promotions and employee relations issues. Working knowledge of Oasis application including but not limited to the following: Cage, Pit, Marketing, Main Bank, Softcount, Accounting, Players Club, Player Tracking, W2G, Cage, Game/Table Reports, and marketing plans. Produce reports and/or spreadsheets of Regulatory Compliance activities. Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Two to five years' experience in a compliance, regulatory, or analytical position with a two-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications. Must complete all required company training. Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to receive a Pennsylvania Gaming License.
