Description A growing manufacturing organization in the Ephrata, PA area is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support training, document control, and quality system processes. This on-site position plays a critical role in ensuring employees have the training, tools, and documentation necessary to meet internal quality standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. Compliance Analyst:

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving training programs, document control processes, and quality management system (QMS) activities. This role works closely with supervisors, department leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency across all training and documentation systems. Key Responsibilities of the

Compliance Analyst:

Training & Learning Management

Maintain employee training records and training plans to ensure alignment with job responsibilities and operational requirements.

Coordinate with supervisors and team leads to verify training is completed, documented, and updated as processes evolve.

Monitor training compliance and identify areas requiring corrective action.

Assist in the administration and maintenance of learning management systems (LMS).

Support employee qualification and competency tracking initiatives.

Document Control

Manage controlled documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, forms, and quality records.

Ensure document revisions, approvals, and distributions are completed in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Maintain document accuracy, accessibility, security, and retention standards.

Facilitate the implementation and communication of document updates throughout the organization.

Quality & Audit Support

Participate in internal audits and assist with audit preparation activities.

Support corrective and preventive action processes related to compliance, training, and documentation findings.

Assist with maintaining records and reports required for quality system effectiveness.

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and quality performance.

Support workplace organization and standardization efforts, including 5S initiatives.

Assist with special projects and other assigned responsibilities related to quality and compliance programs.

Quality Management System Administration

Maintain user permissions and access controls within quality management platforms.

Support ongoing improvements to quality system processes and workflows.

Generate reports and provide compliance-related data to leadership as needed.

Qualifications of the

Compliance Analyst:

High School Diploma or GED required, degree preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, training coordination, quality systems, document control, or a related field required

Experience working within a regulated, manufacturing, quality-driven, or process-oriented environment required

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and varying levels of leadership.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to track compliance metrics and identify gaps.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) preferred

MS Excel and MS Word knowledge
