USLI is seeking a skilled Forms Analyst to join our Legal & Compliance team and support the creation, review, and maintenance of policy forms across our products. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of commercial P&C insurance policy forms, regulatory compliance, and strong analytical skills. This role will focus on researching and drafting new forms, revising existing forms, and assisting with policy form rewrites, while exploring opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence throughout the process. Attention to detail and an ability to build valued relationships with our business teams is required. As centralized ownership of form creation continues to evolve within Compliance, this role will help drive consistency, efficiency, and clarity in form language.Key Responsibilities:
Draft, revise, and review forms, including new forms, changes to existing forms, and applications Perform background research to support form creation and revisions, including regulatory and industry considerations Assist with policy form rewrites for clarity, consistency, and compliance Review and implement state-required form changes, including amendatories, with attention to accuracy and deadlines Track and document form changes, including rationale and regulatory drivers Ensure form language is clear, accurate, concise, and aligned with business intent Support efforts to maintain reasonable turnaround times for form review and development Identify and evaluate opportunities to use Artificial Intelligence in form drafting to improve efficiency and simplify form language while ensuring complianceWhat You'll Bring:
Strong knowledge of ISO forms, proprietary forms, and state-specific regulatory requirements Deep understanding of insurance concepts and subject-matter expertise Clear communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring compliance Strong critical thinking skills, able to identify industry trends and proactively recommend improvements Ability to interpret compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions and translate them into clear, effective form language Comfort leveraging Artificial Intelligence as a draft and review aid to enhance efficiency and simplify form language Ability to collaborate with business partners across teams, including Compliance, Underwriting, Claims, and our State Filings teams.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, law, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. 10 + years of experience in insurance policy form drafting, compliance, legal, regulatory filings, underwriting support, product development or a related field Working knowledge of insurance policy forms, endorsements, applications, and product development Familiarity with commercial insurance products, form change management and documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, SERFF and comfort working with detailed, complex documents and tracked changes Experience or demonstrated capability using Artificial Intelligence or other tools to improve efficiency, clarity, and consistency in documents is preferredWhat We Offer:
