Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in the Keller, Texas area to hire experienced ARD Facilitators for the 2026-2027 school year. We are seeking dedicated special education professionals who can support ARD meetings, ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, and collaborate with educational teams to help students receive the services they need to succeed. This is a hybrid opportunity offering a combination of on-site and remote work, with up to two remote days per week .

Contract Details Pay:

$41 to $45 per hour 41-week contract: August 2026 through May 2027 37.5 hours per week | 7.5-hour workdays Hybrid schedule with up to 2 remote days per week Job Responsibilities Facilitate and manage Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings Coordinate special education documentation and compliance requirements Prepare and support speech-only ARD meetings Collaborate with special education teams, administrators, therapists, and families Manage a caseload of approximately 200-250 students across two elementary campuses Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation Utilize Frontline and other district systems to maintain student records and compliance Qualifications Active Special Education certification required Previous experience facilitating ARD meetings preferred Strong understanding of IDEA, special education compliance, and IEP processes Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Experience working in a school-based setting preferred Familiarity with Frontline systems is a plus Why SHC Education?
