Job Responsibilities:
- Builds relationships and partners with our third party vendors/dealers to influence and support business growth. This is done through providing exceptional customer service and regular and proactive communication between the sales team, vendors and/or customers as well as internal departments such as credit, asset management, tax, booking, funding and customer service.
- Understands the financing request and ensures the documentation package fits the requirements of credit approval and in accordance with the Program Summary Matrices.
- Has read and adheres to all Operations Policies and Procedures. Ensures that all policies and procedures have been implemented as part of the daily workflow process which includes but is not limited to collateral evaluation, lien perfection, insurance, documents countersigned by appropriate signing levels.
- Ability to draft Amendments to support approved changes on deals for legal review.
- Ability to review PPSA searches to determine any blanket lien filings.
- Ensure contracts are priced appropriately and any pricing exceptions are approved and documented as part of the deal file. Ability to price deals using TValue.
- Subject matter expert who trains new Sales Support employees, third party dealers/vendors and sales teams on business process or documentation requirements.
- Ensure that deal files and systems are accurately documented to ensure that vendors are appropriately funded and customers are set up and billed correctly.
- Influence pipeline growth with dealers and/or vendors and manage the pipeline and forecast production.
- Drive continuous process improvement by providing input to the development and implementation of processes that create a high level of customer satisfaction.
- High level of accuracy 95% or above.
Job Skills:
- 5+ years in the leasing industry
- Understands standard and non-standard documentation
- Understands equipment leasing and structured transactions
- Understands pricing/TValue
- Understands sales, use and property tax
- Understands PPSA laws and how to interpret a PPSA search
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer-focused environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description Performs functions in the documentation, funding, and due diligence requirements of standard or complex transactions being financed by PNC, or bought from/sold to other institutions. Provides client-facing service. May provide on-the-job training or coaching. Determines, reviews and issues required legal documents for transactions while ensuring all terms are met. Negotiates documentation revisions and drafts changes independently, or in collaboration with client's counsel if necessary. Identifies deficiencies in documents for transactions being sold to or bought from institutions Interacts with internal and external clients to coordinate a closing schedule for transactions. Directs work flow as needed to ensure client expectations are met. Builds relationships with clients, legal counsel, vendors and internal partners. Gathers, reviews and analyzes all information from internal and external parties specific to transactions of increasing complexity. Resolves inquiries/issues as necessary. Complies with necessary regulations, internal procedures, and may assist in response to audit exceptions. Validates that transaction structures match pricing models. Assures perfection of security interest for transactions and/or requests approval for exceptions. - Financial Services Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Required Pay Transparency Base Salary:
$52,500.00- $105,000.
