BSA Administrator Valley First Credit Union - 3.3 Modesto, CA Job Details Full-time $25.20 - $35.00 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description This position is responsible for supporting the administration of the BSA/AML program, including day-to-day management of Verafin, the organizations BSA/AMLSoftware. Responsibilities include filing CTRs, preparing SARs for management review, and reviewing BSA/AML related alerts in Verafin according to established schedules. This role also supports organization-wide BSA/AML compliance activities, including CIP (Customer Identification Program), OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control), and, as needed, administration of the Vendor Management program. Assists Compliance Director with the day-to-day running of the BSA/AML program Files CTRs on time Prepares SARs for review and filing, on time Completes the 314a process in Verafin Responds to 314b requests in Verafin Sends 314b request in Verafin Assures that the role is signed up for 314b every year Reviews daily OFAC alerts Responds to any staff requests related to OFAC "hits" Performs Business Account 90-day lookback reviews to confirm that required business account documentation and BSA-related items, including CDD/EDD, are complete. Assists manager in reviewing and documenting high risk accounts Assists manager in preparing the BSA and OFAC Risk Assessment Provides the new-hire training for BSA and OFAC Assists manager in preparation for the monthly Board report Assists manager in maintenance of the Vendor Management program, including updating annual due diligence documents, maintaining contract expiration dates and other miscellaneous tasks Other duties as assigned by management Experience, Education & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred. At least three years of related experience in similar roles within the industry BSA Related Certifications a plus (BSACS, CAMS, etc.) Some credit union or financial institution experience is desired Knowledge of credit union or bank regulations If none of the above, a transferable skill set such as project management, risk management or other similar disciplines is acceptable Attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills are a must Microsoft Suite of products including

This position is a Tier 8, with a pay rate ranging from $25.20 to $35.00 per hour The anticipated pay rate for new hires is between the low-end and midpoint of the range, depending on experience The pay rates listed above are based upon the geographic location of our Administrative Offices in Modesto, CA using the greater Central Valley area for our pay range calculations Full Time, typically 40 hours per week Schedule will be based around department's hours of operation, which are as follows: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm Flexibility to occasionally work early or late hours, typically with advance notice Willing to discuss remote work options. Must live and conduct work duties within California.
