Position:

Certificate of Compliance Specialist The qualified individual will be responsible for working with the Quality Assurance Manger on Certificates of Analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for obtaining and reformatting Certificates of Analysis of all incoming material. Responsible for uploading Certificates of Analysis into Chempax.

Data Entry Requirements:

Self-directed, highly motivated individual with: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills with Excel and word. Ability to respond to requests for assistance and meet commitments. Extremely strong organizational skills Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.

Education/Experience:

Highschool diploma Salary commensurate with experience.
