Specialized Residential Services (SRS) is looking for a dependable, detail-focused Client Compliance Coordinator to help keep important client records accurate, current, and audit-ready. After successfully completing in-person training at our Flint office, this position is intended to transition to a primarily remote work arrangement . What You'll Do As our Client Compliance Coordinator, you will be the central point person for tracking required client documentation across SRS residential facilities. You'll help prevent deadlines from being missed by identifying what is needed, notifying the right people, and following up through completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing facilities for missing RUDI and SHIMER documentation. Maintaining a master compliance spreadsheet for all active clients. Tracking effective dates, expiration dates, and outstanding requirements. Preparing weekly facility-specific compliance reports. Identifying documents expiring within the next 30, 60, and 90 days. Communicating missing-documentation needs to facility managers and leadership. Following up with guardians for forms, signatures, and other required information. Preparing intake paperwork for new clients. Entering new clients into the compliance tracking system. Organizing electronic records so documentation is easy to locate. Gathering records for audits, licensing reviews, and internal monitoring. Escalating recurring or significant compliance concerns to management. A Typical Week Might Include Updating the master client compliance tracker. Reviewing RUDI and SHIMER records. Sending weekly reports to facility managers. Following up on missing forms and signatures. Processing newly received documentation. Preparing paperwork for an incoming client. Checking for documents approaching expiration. Providing leadership with updates on unresolved compliance items.

Training will be provided. Schedule and Pay Full-time Monday through Friday Typical business hours $20.00 per hour Some flexibility in daily scheduling may be available based on operational needs and successful performance. Work Arrangement This position begins with an in-person onboarding and training period at the SRS administrative office in Flint, Michigan. After training is completed and proficiency is demonstrated, the role is intended to become primarily remote . This is not a fully remote position. Employees must remain available to report to the Flint office or an SRS residential facility when reasonably needed for: Training Meetings Audits Client intake activities Record-management projects Other operational needs Because this position handles confidential client information, all SRS privacy, information-security, and HIPAA requirements must be followed while working remotely.
