We are a fast-growing Third Party Administrator (TPA) specializing in tax-advantaged benefit plans such as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), COBRA, and Individual Contribution HRAs (ICHRAs). Our mission is to help employers and participants maximize their benefits with confidence, clarity, and compliance.Job Description:
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic and detail-focused team. In this role, you'll serve as an internal information resource for our front-line service team. The primary functions of this role are to dig into various information sources, conduct research and provide answers/guidance on regulations regarding FSAs, HRAs, HSAs, and COBRA and to conduct non-discrimination testing on the plans administered. Compliance Analysts help ensure that our Company and our Clients administer benefit plans that are in compliance with applicable regulations. What You'll Do Research and provide written responses to compliance related questions from internal departments. Develop comprehensive knowledge of regulations regarding FSAs, HRAs, HSAs, and COBRA utilizing resources such as EBIA manuals, ECFC releases and industry blogs/newsletters. Review and interpret legislative changes and provide understandable written overview to internal staff and clients. Develop thorough understanding of required non-discrimination testing , run tests and provide answers to client questions. Develop an understanding and become proficient in preparation of plan documents. Assist in the preparation of written client and business partner informational releases regarding regulations, plan updates, action needed, deadlines, etc. Maintain easy to use compliance related resource materials for internal staff members. What We're Looking For- Someone who desires to become an expert in FSA, HRA, HSA, and COBRA compliance.
- A strong written and verbal communicator who can break information down into understandable language and concepts for end users.
- Skill and interest in conducting research and interpreting information.
- Experience in preparing professional written documentation and correspondence.
- Someone with strong critical thinking skills who has the ability to compare and contrast various information sources.
- Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong time management, research and organizational skills in a deadline driven environment.
- Prior COBRA, health insurance or employee benefits compliance/research experience a plus.

Monday to Friday Flexible start time (8:00 or 8:30 a.m.) Onsite/hybrid (Fulltime in office for six months with successful completion of training program. Role then transitions to hybrid with one day remote and four in office)Benefits:
