Westlake, OH This opportunity supports the People & Culture (P&C) team by ensuring compliance, onboarding accuracy, and HR administrative processes are completed efficiently and in accordance with company policies. The Compliance Coordinator will work closely with field managers and employees, review onboarding documentation, generate compliance reports, maintain HRIS records, and assist with a variety of administrative and reporting activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, compliance processes, and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment.Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree preferredRequired Skills:
Minimum of one year of experience working in a business or professional office environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word Experience preparing reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other business documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and compliance concerns Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Experience working with HRIS systems or similar databases preferredKey Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the People & Culture department Respond to internal and external inquiries related to P&C processes and requirements Review mandatory onboarding documentation and ensure all required sections are completed accurately and on time Partner with site management teams to drive completion of onboarding and compliance requirements Generate HRIS reports to identify potential compliance risks and data discrepancies Maintain and update employee information within HRIS systems Prepare and analyze reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Communicate regularly with field managers regarding onboarding, compliance, and employee records Review employment-related information submitted by field management for accuracy and compliance Assist with compliance reporting and audit preparation activities Prepare letters, spreadsheets, reports, memos, and other business documents Support special projects and additional departmental initiatives as assignedPreferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Form I-9 and E-Verify processes Knowledge of Human Resources functions and compliance requirements Previous experience supporting onboarding, employee records management, or HR administration Experience working with HRIS platforms and data reporting toolsPay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:
