We're a tight-knit team where your work has direct, visible impact — and where doing compliance right is a core part of the value we deliver. We're hiring a- Compliance Analyst
- to own the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) side of our managed services practice.
- Conduct security and compliance assessments for clients against frameworks such as
HIPAA, CMMC, NIST 800-171/CSF, PCI
DSS, and SOC 2- , and produce clear gap analyses and remediation roadmaps.
- Build and maintain the documentation that backs up compliance: policies, procedures, control narratives, and evidence collection for audits and attestations.
- Provide
- virtual CISO (vCISO) style advisory support
- — running risk assessments, developing security roadmaps, and presenting findings and recommendations to client leadership.
- Coordinate audit readiness and support clients through third-party audits and assessments.
- Keep compliance documentation and control records organized, current, and audit-ready in our documentation systems.
- Track regulatory and framework changes and translate them into practical action for our clients and our internal practice.
- Work with our technical team to verify that the controls we manage — endpoint security, backup, access management, monitoring — map cleanly to client compliance requirements.
- 3-5 years
- of experience in IT compliance, GRC, information security, or a closely related field.
- Working knowledge of at least one major framework (
- HIPAA, CMMC, NIST, PCI DSS, or SOC 2
- ) and the ability to learn others quickly.
- Strong writing skills — you can turn technical detail into clear policies, reports, and executive-ready summaries.
- Comfort working directly with clients and presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
- Well-organized and self-directed, with the discipline to manage documentation and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Solid understanding of core IT and security concepts (networks, endpoints, identity, backup, and access controls).
- Experience in an
- MSP or MSSP
- environment is nice to have, but not necessary.
- Relevant certifications such as
- CISA, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CC (ISC²), or a
CMMC RP/CCP
