Our Managed Services team delivers help desk support, network and systems administration, backup and disaster recovery, and a full stack of cybersecurity services to businesses that rely on us to protect their data and their reputation. We're a tight-knit team where your work has direct, visible impact — and where doing compliance right is a core part of the value we deliver. We're hiring a

You'll work directly with our clients to assess where they stand against the security frameworks that matter to their industry, build the documentation and evidence that proves it, and help guide their leadership toward a stronger security posture. This is a client-facing, remote position reporting to the VP of Managed Services. You'll partner with our systems administrator, operations manager, and engineering leadership to translate technical controls into compliance outcomes our clients can understand and act on.

  • Provide

  • — running risk assessments, developing security roadmaps, and presenting findings and recommendations to client leadership.
  • Coordinate audit readiness and support clients through third-party audits and assessments.
  • Keep compliance documentation and control records organized, current, and audit-ready in our documentation systems.
  • Track regulatory and framework changes and translate them into practical action for our clients and our internal practice.
  • Work with our technical team to verify that the controls we manage — endpoint security, backup, access management, monitoring — map cleanly to client compliance requirements.
  • 3-5 years
  • of experience in IT compliance, GRC, information security, or a closely related field.
  • Working knowledge of at least one major framework (
  • HIPAA, CMMC, NIST, PCI DSS, or SOC 2
  • ) and the ability to learn others quickly.
  • Strong writing skills — you can turn technical detail into clear policies, reports, and executive-ready summaries.
  • Comfort working directly with clients and presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Well-organized and self-directed, with the discipline to manage documentation and deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Solid understanding of core IT and security concepts (networks, endpoints, identity, backup, and access controls).
  • Experience in an
