Your Opportunities for Impact Execute day-to-day classification tasks, meticulously assigning Harmonized Tariff Numbers (HTS), Schedule Bs, and ECCNs to ensure accurate regulatory compliance. Analyze changes in tariff and duty programs (including CVD/ADD and Section 301) to evaluate business impacts and implement effective mitigation strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional business units and legal teams to establish qualification processes, manage free trade agreement certificates (like USMCA), and perform rigorous entry audits. Support critical post-entry activities—including Post Summary Corrections and Protests—and maintain the integrity of our product dictionary by validating country of origin and accurate descriptions. Review entry packets from brokers, validating critical data points (such as part numbers, values, and shipper details) to maintain outside counsel databases and report on project status. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of proven experience in Customs Compliance and trade regulations. Comprehensive understanding of customs import entries and related documentation.
